Living and Learning
Many times we have forgotten about hobbies and interests that captivated us during our early adult years. Many dreams have been deferred due to our “adult” obligations and responsibilities. But now, in our Third Age, we have the time again to explore these dreams.
Maybe it is painting. Maybe it is photography or bird watching. Maybe it is weaving. Maybe it is all about learning a new language or cultural immersion. It could also be about finally having the time to volunteer.
Others may want to spend time travelling to one of our fabulous national parks or going abroad to explore foreign lands.Staying active is one of the keys to both physical and mental health. Together we can explore ways to stay engaged with the world while also focusing on our passions.
